  Great service: in selling me the property, managing the property when rented, and then in refurbishing the property before I moved in. Very grateful to Annie and Danielle for all their help.

  I personally, have rented twice through Bush To Beach. First house was for 1 year, which I classed as my escape house after a bad relationship ended, & moved from that house to another one of theirs, which I then lived in for just over 6 years. It was actually upsetting to have to move & rent through another real estate, because I was so used to the professionalism of Annie & her team. If something was wrong, it was fixed straight away. (Definitely can't say that about my current real estate) Unfortunately, just like with many other renters in Townsville, I was forced to move because the owner wanted to sell. But I will always carry with me the great relationship forged with Annie & her team. I never give reviews, but Bush to Beach deserve all the respect & admiration possible, which is why I am taking the time to write this. It is with great sadness that I am no longer renting with this great company

  I cannot recommend Annie and her team at Bush to Beach, highly enough. We moved the management of our property to Annie a couple of years ago after years of being frustrated with our previous PM company. Since then Annie has managed the property exactly as we exp[ected a professional property manager would. When it came time to see our property, we also engaged Annie and she did an excellent job (sold 2 weeks after being put on the market at a very good price); and Bush to Beach's fees and advertising costs are also very reasonable and don't include a lot of the uneccessary costs that a lot of the other agenst convince sellers they need to pay for.

  Annie and the team are awesome. We had a very bad experience with another agent who through neglect and mismanagement cost us significantly. Annie took over the listing and was amazing from day 1. Great communication and a genuine concern for her clients. 7 years on and we have not had a single issue. We now have 3 properties that we trust Annie to manage for us. Highly recommended.
